It is our mission, to help building owners reduce their
greenhouse gas emissions, as well as operating costs
per sq./ft, as much as possible.
We understand that energy efficiency is not on top of the “to-do” list for most organizations. Many tasks and responsibilities are fighting for your attention each and every day. As long as the lights turn on, the HVAC is working and energy bills are being paid on time, organizations rarely, if ever think about how efficiently, or better said – inefficiently their facility is operating.
We, on the other hand, think about energy every day because that is our passion. We understand that you need to focus on your core business, and you can rest assured that we can find opportunities in your facility to improve energy performance, and thus reduce operating costs and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
The first step is to conduct an energy assessment. Energy assessments and audits are an essential key in creating the foundation for reducing energy usage and cost in a building, as well as paving the way for a greener future.
Energy Audit Types
Energy Usage & Benchmarking Analysis
At this stage, our analysts will review
historical electricity and gas usage in order
to determine the amount of energy the
specific building is using and how this
usage compares to other buildings of
similar type, size and geographical
location. Comparable to an American
Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air
(ASHRAE)Preliminary Energy Use Analysis.
Level 1 Energy Assessment (Walk-through energy audit)
This service includes the outcomes of the Energy usage & Benchmarking Analysis. On top of that, one or more of our specialists will visit your facility and do a walk-through to identify low & no-cost energy conservation measures (ECM’s) and potentially uncover other areas that require further analysis. Comparable to an ASHRAE Level I energy audit.
Level 2 & 3 Energy Audits (Detailed and Target Energy Audits)
This service includes the services provided
by both, energy usage & benchmarking
analysis, and level 1 Energy assessment. On
top of that, in Level 2 & 3 energy audits is
where we take it a step further and target
a specific area of the facility or a system
within the facility, in depth. This could
include heating, chilling, lighting, or any
other specific system of interest
